Before I get started I did want to tell you that this morning I was watching the business news and it seems that financial stocks are on the rise and all of the talking heads (who for the last few months had nothing good to say about the stocks) are now talking about a turn around in the second half of '08. Evidently, Godman upgraded a bunch of them this morning.
Does this mean the bad news is over?
No, everyone agrees that there is probably more bad news to come, however, they also think that the market has priced the bad news in.
